Works with partners to develop, edit and communicate company information to designated areas of the business. Responsible for internal communication to the business through vehicles including email, portal, magazine, partner app, flyers and presentations, as well as external communications via website content, press releases, etc.

Job Summary:

  • Facilitates internal communication through vehicles including email, portal, magazine, social media and partner app.
  • Facilitates external communication through vehicles including press releases, content for websites, etc.
  • Responsible for writing content for and updating the Portal with company news. Ensures portal content remains consistent according to prescribed style and format standards.
  • Contributes to the design and content of the company magazine.
  • Monitors and develops content for company’s internal social media outlet.
  • Sets up equipment, props and decorations for corporate events as needed.
  • Verifies facts, dates and statistics for internal publications through interview, observation and research. Reviews material to detect errors in spelling, punctuation and syntax.
  • Assists with preparing presentations for corporate meetings and events.
  • Assists as a back-up photographer and videographer as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • One or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of experience and higher education required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret information.
  • Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written or verbal form.
  • Ability to show information in presentation or diagram form.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding Adobsensitive information.
  • Ability to occasionally travel to off-site and out of town locations with possible overnight stays.
  • Ability to occasionally work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Basic mathematical skills required.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP transactional applications.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of photographic and video lighting, composition, editing and software (Premiere Pro) preferred.
