How fast does Instacart deliver?
You can elect to have your groceries delivered within 1 hour, within 2 hours or schedule a delivery for a specific time. Learn more about Instacart delivery hours.
Who does the shopping and delivery?
Instacart has a network of screened Personal Shoppers. The Personal Shoppers pick, check out, and pack specific items on a customer’s grocery list and then deliver the order directly to you. Learn more about Instacart shoppers.
How does Instacart deal with items that are out-of-stock?
Your Personal Shopper selects a replacement item that is comparable to the original based on brand, flavor, size, healthy option and price. Personal Shoppers confirm these replacement items with the you before checking out.
How do I return a product ordered through Instacart?
If there is a problem with your order you can return it to your Spring Market location, just like you can in store.
