3 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup pecan halves, toasted
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup goat cheese crumbles
1/3 cup white balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, add the mixed greens. Top with bacon, tomatoes, pecans, strawberries and cheese.
- In a jar, combine the remaining ingredients for the dressing.
