Turkey Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
10 oz frozen corn
1 packet ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix
1/2 onion, diced
1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes
2 cup(s) Chicken Broth
1 packet low-sodium taco seasoning
Directions
- Spray large pot or Dutch oven with cooking spray.
- Add ground turkey; cook until browned. Add onions; cook until fragrant, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, beans, broth, corn, bell pepper and seasonings. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite toppings, such as avocado, shredded cheese, sour cream and tortilla chips.
