Grilled Wings with Spicy Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings and drumettes
2 Tbs canola oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 Tbs unsalted butter
1/4 cup yellow mustard
3 Tbs Nature Nate’s® 100% Pure Raw & Unfiltered Honey
1 Tbs Sriracha sauce
1 Tbs soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Place wings and drumettes in a large bowl. Toss with oil, salt and pepper. In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to combine. Bring sauce to a simmer. Set aside.
- Heat grill to medium. Place chicken on the grill. Cook for 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Remove from grill. Place chicken in a large clean bowl. Add the mustard sauce. Toss to combine.
- Turn up grill to high. Place chicken back on the grill. Continue to baste and turn for 10 minutes while the sauce caramelizes. Transfer to a platter.
- Serve chicken with side dishes of choice.
