1. In a blender, combine the mango, orange juice, lemon juice, ginger and turmeric.
2. Blend until smooth, and pour into a tall glass.
3. Rinse the blender.
4. Add the berry blend, orange segments, beets and pomegranate juice.
5. Blend until smooth, and pour over the mango mixture.
Note: Do not thaw the fruit before blending.
