Directions
  1. Remove the pits from a dozen large green olives. Olives can be stuffed with a variety of soft cheeses. Choose from bleu cheese, feta, goat cheese, flavored cream cheese, pimento cheese or soft cheese spread. Use a pastry bag to pipe cheese into each olive. If cheese is too firm, mash with a tablespoon of cream. Serve with prosciutto slices, if desired.
