Servings12
0Ingredients
12 Oreo Cookies
1 bag Ghirardelli White Vanilla Melting Wafers
1 bag Ghirardelli Chocolate Melting Wafers
purple and black food coloring (optional)
assorted sprinkles, for decorating
Directions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white melting wafers by heating for 1 minute and 30 seconds at 50% power. Stir every 15 seconds until smooth. Repeat the same process with the chocolate melting wafers in a separate bowl. If you’d like to color the white wafers, add a few drops of food coloring. Stir until fully blended.
- Dip each Oreo cookie into the melted wafers, making sure it’s completely coated. Use a fork to lift the cookie out of the bowl. Gently tap the fork against the side of the bowl to remove any excess. Place the coated Oreo cookies onto the prepared baking sheet. While the coating is still soft, decorate with sprinkles or other toppings as desired. Once all of the cookies are dipped and decorated, transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator. Let chill until the coating is set. These cookies are best served cold.
