Ingredients
1 pound 80/20 ground chuck
1/3 cup candied jalapenos, chopped fine
1 Tbs hot sauce
1 Tbs spicy taco seasoning
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
4 slices of pepper jack cheese, cut into quarters
1 bag brioche rolls or slider buns
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sriracha

Directions
- Place the meat in a bowl. Add the jalapenos, hot sauce, taco seasoning, Worcestershire, salt and black pepper. Carefully combine the seasonings with the meat and form into eight equal size balls. Flatten into a patty and place on a plate.
- Heat a grill, grill pan or skillet to medium high heat. Grease the surface with a small amount of canola oil. Place the patties on the grill and cook for four to six minutes on each side until desired doneness is reached. Before removing from the grill top with two pieces of cheese. Lightly grill the buns for about a minute.
- In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise and sriracha. Dress the burger with other desired condiments.
