2 sheets Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Pie Crust
4 slices bacon, cooked
1/2 cup fresh spinach
2 tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
3 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 Tbs butter, melted
flaky sea salt
cracked black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375° F. Spray a rectangular tart pan with cooking spray. Unroll pie dough onto a floured surface. Slightly overlap the 2 sheets of dough, creating 1 large sheet of dough. Use a rolling pin to press dough together. Roll out dough until uniform in thickness and slightly larger than tart pan.
- Place dough in tart pan, allowing about 1 inch of overhang. Spread bacon, spinach, tomatoes and cheese over center of dough. Whisk together eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour into tart pan.
- Fold the dough edges over the filling, working your way around the tart pan. Brush the top of dough with melted butter. Sprinkle with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until dough is golden and filling is set.
